Ferrari Season Opener

On Sunday, I attended Ferrari of Norwood’s first car event this season. There was a great turnout and we couldn’t have better weather. If you attended you can enter a competition that they are hosting. You can post your favorite photo and use #FNEcarshow for a chance to win a $100 gift card to their boutique.

With the sun shining bright and the weather not too hot and not too cold, I arrived. I didn’t exactly know what to expect because I hadn’t been to a Ferrari hosted Cars and Coffee, I can say that I wasn’t disappointed. There must have been about 60 different cars there to begin with and throughout the event with some coming and others going, there must have been a total of more than 100 cars. There were countless Ferrari’s, obviously, a 650s, a Murcielago, Rick Rossie’s lime green Lamborghini Aventador SV, a Supra that gave me a headache, and even a DeTomaso Pantera. Closer to the end of the event a group of even more supercars showed up consisting of a Maserati with an insane exhaust, a special Aventador, an insanely wide widebody M4, an i8, and a Viper. The Stark widebody AMG GTS even showed up and before that there was a 1000 horsepower GTR that sounded rather nice. Inside the newly renovated showroom was a F12 TDF, a Testarossa, and a Speciale Aperta just to name a few.

In events like this you can really get some great shots, so if you are semi serious about photos or just want to go for fun I suggest trying events like this. I would also recommend going to future Ferrari events for great cars and a great atmosphere, also when your’e there be sure to check out their new showroom because you never know if they will display another incredible surprise.

Thank you Ferrari of Norwood for hosting this event and hopefully there will be another one soon
